Facilities Maintenance
Services (FMS) is the largest university department serving the
entire university community. Our personnel, who consist of over
600 dedicated staff members, are spread over three geographically unique
campuses, as well as outlying areas from High Point to Cape May, NJ. We
share a collective goal of providing quality and timely maintenance
services to the entire university community.
FMS consists of
four major divisions; Custodial and Grounds Operations, Mechanical
Maintenance Services and Maintenance Planning
Services. Additionally, we provide a host of other related
services to the university community such automotive
services for university vehicles, a signage shop, event support services, and
recycling services to name a few.
