The office of Facilities
Operations & Services provides administrative over site for all departmental
functions. This senior management team works in the Office of the Executive
Director and is responsible for establishing and/or managing the following:
The
Four service & operations groups: FMS, Contract Services, Utilities Operations
and Program Administration
The
Policies and Standard Operating Procedures for all service & operation groups,
from routine to emergency
Budget
Management for all service & operations groups
Work
Control Center functions; ranging from requests through billing for the FMS
Utilities and Contract Services groups
Specialized
Projects for all service & operations groups
